Plan

Coastal Classic Builders allows you the flexibility to choose your home.  It can be your design, a pre-designed plan, or we can work together with an architect and engineer to create a plan that surpasses your expectations, and still falls within your budget.

Budget

Once we have a set of plans, Coastal Classic Builders will determine a budget based upon competitively bid prices from our professional sub-contractors.

Construction

Construction will commence once the budget is approved.  Timely completion, along with quality of workmanship, is very important to us.  Time is money; your money.  Coastal Classic Builders will conduct frequent meetings and walk-throughs with the homeowner to discuss progress and review the budget.  Coastal Classic Builders will do everything possible to make the process stress-free and efficient.

Completion

Once the construction process is substantially complete, Coastal Classic Builders will conduct a final walk-through with the homeowner to discuss questions and concerns.  Your home is not considered “complete” until you are satisfied that all of your concerns have been addressed.
