Kelly Garner received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.  Following graduation, he spent 3 years working for an engineering firm designing subdivision and apartment layouts, and working on commercial projects.  During the past 7 years, he has built hundreds of houses for a homebuilder in the cities of League City (windstorm region 1), Pearland (windstorm region 2), and Rosenberg (windstorm region 2).  Kelly consistently ranked at or near the top in customer satisfaction and production out of all the superintendents for that homebuilder located in the Greater Houston area.

Kelly is a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission.  

Co-owner of Coastal Classic Builders is Wendy Waters Garner, a native of Wharton County.
